- Agreement: The contract between Emirinaction and the client for the programming course services provided.
Service Agreement
3.1. By enrolling in a course with Emirinaction, the client agrees to the course content, schedule, and fees as outlined in the course description or quotation provided.
3.2. Each programming course is unique, and any changes to the course structure or scope may result in additional costs or extension of the delivery schedule.
3.3. The course will commence once full payment has been received, as outlined in the course proposal or according to a custom payment agreement.
Pricing and Payment
4.1. Pricing for each course or service will be discussed and agreed upon before the start of the course. If any adjustments are necessary, the client will be informed in advance.
4.2. Payment terms, including deposits, installment plans, or full upfront payments, will be clearly outlined in the course proposal.
4.3. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in the suspension of access to course materials or delays in course completion.
Client Responsibilities
5.1. The client agrees to provide all necessary information and complete any required prerequisites for the course in a timely manner.
5.2. The client is responsible for actively participating in the course and ensuring they meet the course requirements and deadlines.
5.3. Emirinaction is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the client’s failure to provide required information or meet deadlines.
Intellectual Property
6.1. Upon full payment, the client will have access to the course materials and resources provided by Emirinaction, which remain the intellectual property of Emirinaction.
6.2. Emirinaction reserves the right to use course content for promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6.3. Any third-party resources (e.g., software tools, platforms) used in the course will be properly sourced, and the client may need to secure any necessary licenses or approvals.
Revisions and Changes
7.1. The client is entitled to a set number of revisions or updates to the course materials, as outlined in the service agreement. Additional requests for revisions may incur extra charges.
7.2. Changes requested after the course content has been finalized may result in additional costs and delays.
Termination and Cancellation
8.1. Either party may terminate the course by providing written notice if the other party breaches these terms.
8.2. If the client cancels the course after the start date, the client will be billed for the services provided up to the point of cancellation.
8.3. Emirinaction reserves the right to cancel any course without notice if the client fails to meet agreed obligations, including timely payment or participation requirements.
Liability
9.1. Emirinaction will make reasonable efforts to provide high-quality educational services. However, we do not guarantee that the client will achieve specific outcomes, as results may vary based on individual effort and external factors.
9.2. Emirinaction is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our courses or services.
9.3. In no case shall Emirinaction’s total liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services provided.
Confidentiality
10.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or other sensitive data shared during the course of the project.
10.2. This confidentiality obligation will remain in effect even after the completion or termination of the project.
Warranty and Support
11.1. Emirinaction offers a 14-day post-course warranty period during which we will address any issues directly related to the initial course content.
11.2. The warranty does not cover additional requests, modifications, or new courses beyond the original scope of service.
11.3. Continued support, additional courses, or updates beyond the warranty period will be provided under a separate agreement.
Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Emirinaction operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Amendments to Terms Emirinaction reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
