1.2 After Course Has Commenced
If the course has already started, refunds will be based on the progress of the course:
- Partial Completion: If you have completed some lessons or modules, we may issue a proportional refund based on the content you have already accessed. This will be calculated according to the course milestones or modules outlined in the course syllabus.
- Full Completion: Once you have completed the course or accessed the final materials, no refunds will be issued.
1.3 Predefined or Non-Customized Courses
For services provided as part of a predefined course (e.g., standard programming courses), refunds are only available if the course has not started. Once the course materials have been accessed, no refund will be provided.
Non-Refundable Services

Fees paid for consultations, coaching sessions, or course planning meetings are non-refundable once the consultation or session has been completed.
2.2 Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your place in a course or program. Deposits are non-refundable if the course is canceled after it has started, as they cover the initial time, resources, and preparation allocated to your enrollment.
2.3 Third-Party Costs
Any third-party expenses incurred on your behalf (e.g., platform fees, external software, or certification fees) are non-refundable once the purchase or arrangement has been made.

4.2 Post-Revisions Refund Consideration
If, after revisions or support, you are still dissatisfied, we may consider issuing a partial refund based on the services provided and the reasons for your dissatisfaction. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Force Majeure
Refunds will not be issued for delays or non-delivery of services caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical issues with third-party platforms, or other events classified as force majeure.
